Domestic & industrial machine service & repairs

Dear Customer

From 1st October 2026, we will no longer be offering servicing or repairs for domestic sewing machines.

After more than 50 years in the industry, Martin intends to move into retirement. As a result, we will be gradually winding down our domestic service commitments and responsibilities.

We will, continue to fully support all machines purchased from us that remain under warranty.

Over the coming weeks, we will also have a large number of clearance offers across many of the products we have sold.

We will remain available to supply needles and spare parts. 

For our industrial sewing machine customers, our servicing and repair work will continue as normal for the time being.
